Lisa Roper Outdoors and her enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of volunteers are proud to be hosting the 3rd Annual Ladies On Ice Fishing Adventure on beautiful Lac La Biche Lake, Alberta. This two-day event starts on March 9th at 8:30 a.m. and ends on March 10th at 1:00 p.m.

Whether you’ve dropped a line or are about to embark on your first-ever fishing adventure, here is the golden rule: the more you experience the thrill of fishing, the deeper your passion will grow! Our hands-on approach is designed to build and nurture your ice fishing confidence, empower you to become a future angler and encourage you to share your new knowledge with others. This journey is an outstanding opportunity to build connections and contribute to the growth of a strong and vibrant community of female anglers.

Our dedicated team of female volunteers are excited to bring women together in the great outdoors with warm fishing tents and interactive workstations for an unforgettable ice-fishing experience.

This event starts Saturday, March 9th at 8:30 a.m. and ends Sunday, March 10th at 1:00 p.m. ****MOST OF THE INTERACTIVE WORKSTATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED ON SATURDAY****

  • Accommodation recommendations available on the registration page.
  • There will be multiple hands-on workstations covering proper handling, catch and release, fishing techniques and the ability to try out new gear. Followed by a fun day(s) of ice fishing.
